Travelling from London M4 exit at Junction 17 "Chippenham" and follow signs to "Poole (A350)" and then signs to "Bath (A4)" .When approaching Corsham follow signs to Bradford-on-Avon (B3109).

Bath...

A must see if visiting Bath. This well preserved Roman site was used for public bathing. The baths are located below modern street level. There is also a Roman Temple, Bath House, Museum and Springs. This is very popular tourist attraction.

The Jane Austen Centre is a permanent exhibition which tells the story of Jane's Bath experience - the effect that living here had on her and her writing. Jane was one of Bath's most famous residents. Bath is largely reflected in two of her novels, "Northanger Abbey" and "Persuasion", which are largely set in Bath.

If you like your fashion then this museum will show you clothing collections dating back to the 18th Century right up to today. New exhibitions are always being held.

Sally
Lunns is the
oldest house in bath dating back to 1482.
If travelling into the town centre you can take advantage of the Park and Ride. This is a great facility if you do not want to drive right into town. Buses run every 12-15 minutes into the town centre.
Other Attractions...
Bradford-on-Avon...(approx 10 minutes by car)
A small, but scenic Saxon town that's origins can be traced back to Iron Age settlers. Roman and Saxon communities also established here, yet the majority of buildings, streets and paths within the town today base themselves on existence to the prosperity by the wool trade
Places worth stopping at are The Tithe Barn, Bridge Street Tea Rooms. There is also a great walk from the canal path down into Freshford.
